  who want to pursue a career in Project Management
• This course consists of ten Units that span the
  disciplines of Project Management

• Scope development of SOW, Work Packages, and

• Schedule scheduling types and link to Work

• Financials development and control of cost and
  revenue
• Quality application of quality tools to project

  lecture/demonstration on the core components of
  Project Management
• Students would receive 10 hours of lab work with
  MS Project to work on a common project of
  developing project plan to build a house
• This will satisfy the Project Management
  Institutes 35 hour educational requirement for
  Professional Certification
