Two stage solution storing intermediate result
First store the densities for each LA in a new
table called pop_density (see lab class 4 hand
out, paragraph 3)
Now integrate this with the crime data using a
three-way join

Note the use of a subquery to return a single
value as part of the SELECT clause of the SQL
statement. The subquery used here is called a
correlated subquery.
