- The Lighthouse Plaque---Most outstanding National
Security Program - The Fog Horn Award---To the District with at
least 1 member from each unit completing the CERT
training.

- The Eclipse Award---To the unit that demonstrates
the best over all project incorporating Yellow
Ribbons. - The Clipper Award---To the Unit in each grouping
that collects, clips, and mails the most
(monetary/face value) coupons.

than 100,000 in coupons for the year.
WICKIE" A nickname given to lighthouse keepers,
derived from the task of trimming the wick of the
lamps.
