• The Lighthouse Plaque---Most outstanding National
  Security Program
• The Fog Horn Award---To the District with at
  least 1 member from each unit completing the CERT
  training.

  the best over all project incorporating Yellow
  Ribbons.
• The Clipper Award---To the Unit in each grouping
  that collects, clips, and mails the most
  (monetary/face value) coupons.
