• O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

• ãÐãånáB Øã ãÐäÃÂB áÌåãÆáB CáÖ áÀåáÃá
  âÅáÚáätÂáB
• Peace be on You, O the trustee of Alláh on His
  earth,

• ãÍãjCáRã ÔÃá âÐáXáäâc áÑ
• and His Proof over His servants.

• áÌåãËãÆåKâÇåÂB áoåãÆáB CáÖ áÀåáÃá âÅáÚáätÂáB
• Peace be on you, O Amír al-Muminín.

• ãÍãjCáÏã_ áä¼ác ãÐäÃÂB Øã áVåkáÎCá_ áÀáäÊáB
  âkáÏåwáB
• I bear witness that, you strived in the way of
  Alláh as is due,

• ãÐãäãRáÊ áÌáËâs áYåáRáäWB áÑ ãÐãQCáXããQ
  áYåÃãÇá áÑ
• and you acted upon His Book,
• and followed the ways of His Prophet,

• ãÐãÂB áÑ ãÐåáÃá âÐäÃÂB ÔäÃá
• blessings of Alláh be on him and his family,

9

• ãÍãnBáÒã_ ÔÂãB âÐäÃÂB á½Cááj ÔäXác
• until Alláh called You to His side.

• áUáäâdåÂB áÀãMDákåáB áÅáqåÂáB áÑ
  ãÍãnCáãXågãCãQ ãÐåáÂãB áÀááRáá
• So He took you to Him by His choice, and made
  incumbent upon your enemies the proof,

• ãÐãåÃág ãåãÇá_ ÔÃá ãUá³ãÂCáRåÂB ãaáâdåÂB
  áÌãÆ áÀá CáÆ ááÆ
• with what you have of the considerable proofs,
• over all of His creation.

• á½ãnákáãQ æUáäËãNáÇåâÆ ØãtåáÊ åÄáå_Cá
  áäÈâÏäÃÂáB
• O Alláh then make my soul, satisfied with Your
  decree,

• áÀãMEáâj áÑ á½ãoå¾ãmãQ æUááÂåÒâÆ áÀãMEááãQ
  æUáãBán
• pleased with what You have destined for me,
• fond of Your remembrance and supplications,

14

• áÀãMEáÇás áÑ áÀãånáB Øã æUáQåÒâRådáÆ
  áÀãMEáãÂåÑáB ãTáÒåáã æUáäRãdâÆ
• loving Your chosen friends, (and let me be)
  wellliked on Your earth and in Your heavens,

• áÀãMEáÇåáÊ ãÄãBáÒáã æTáoã¾Cáw áÀãMÞáQ
  ãÁåÑâqâÊ ÔÃá æTáoãQCá
• patient when You send down afflictions,
• grateful for Your gracious blessings,

• áÀãMEáã ãUácåoá ÔÂãB æUáºCáXåxâÆ áÀãMÝB
  ããQBáÒátã æTáoã¾Bál
• remembering Your abundant bounties,
• yearning for the happiness of meeting with You,

• áÀãMEáãÂåÑáB ãÌáËâtãQ æUáäËáXåtâÆ áÀãMDáqá_
  ãÅåÒáã ÓÒåáäXÂB æTájãäÑáqáXâÆ
• equipped with piety for the day of Your reward,
• anchored in the traditions of Your friends,

• áÀãMDákåáB ã¹áÚågáÛ æUáºãnCáâÆ
• avoiding the manners of Your enemies,

19

• áÀãMEáËá áÑ á½ãkåÇádãQ CáåÊâäkÂB ãÌã
  æUáÂåÒâ³åxáÆ
• diverted from (love of) the world by
• Your remembrance and Your praise.

20

• çUáÏãÂBáÑ áÀåáÂãB áÌåãXãRåhâÇåÂB áPåÒâÃ⺠áäÉãB
  áäÈâÏäÃÂáB
• O Alláh, the hearts of those who humble
  themselves before You, are full of love.

21

• çUáãnCáw áÀåáÂãB áÌåãRã²BáäoÂB áÄâRâs áÑ
• The paths of those who desire You are fixed.

22

• çUádãBáÑ áÀåáÂãB áÌåÖãkãCáåÂB áÅáÚåáB áÑ
• The signs for those who seek You are clear.

23

• çUá²ãnCá áÀåËãÆ áÌåããnCáåÂB áTákãNåáB áÑ
• The hearts of those who know You,
• are empty of other than You.

24

• çTákãCá áÀåáÂãB áÌåãBáäkÂB áVBáÒåáB áÑ
• The sounds of those who call You rise to You,

25

• çUádáäXáâÆ åÈâÏá ãUáQCá_ãÛB áPBáÒåQáB áÑ
• and the gates of answers are open for them.

• çUáQCááXåtâÆ á½Cá_CáÊ åÌáÆ áTáÒåáj áÑ
• The prayer of the one who whispers to you is
  answered.

27

• çUáÂåÒâRåáÆ áÀåáÂãB áPCáÊáB åÌáÆ áUáQåÒáW áÑ
• The repentance of the one who turns to You is
  accepted.

28

• çUáÆåÒâcåoáÆ áÀãåÒág åÌãÆ ÔáQ åÌáÆ áTáoåRá áÑ
• The tears of the one who weeps in Your fear
• are dealt with mercifully.

29

• çTájåÒâ_åÒáÆ áÀãQ áZCá³áXåsB ãÌáÇã áUáCá²ãÛB áÑ
• Help is available for one who cries for help from
  You,

30

• çUáÂåÑâmåRáÆ áÀãQ áÉCááXåsB ãÌáÇã áUáÊCáãÛB áÑ
• and assistance is given generously to the one who
  seeks it.

31

• çTáqáåËâÆ á½ãjCáRãã áÀãWBákã áÑ
• Your promises for Your servants are fulfilled.

32

• çUáÂCáâÆ áÀáÂCááXåsB ãÌáÆ áÄáÂápáÑ
• The errors of the one who seeks to reduce them,
  are reduced.

33

• çUáªåÒâådáÆ áÀåÖáká áÌåãÃãÆCáåÂB áÁCáÇåB áÑ
• The actions of the doers (of good deeds), are
  preserved with You,

34

• çUáÂãpCáÊ áÀåÊâká åÌãÆ ã¼ãMÞáhåÂB ÔÂãB
  áÀáºBápånáB áÑ
• and the provision for Your creatures comes down.

35

• æUáÃãBáÑ åÈãÏåáÂãB ãkåÖãqáÇåÂB ákãMDáÒá áÑ
• The promises of increase (in provision) reach
  them.

36

• çTánåÒâå³áÆ áÌåÖãoãå³áXåtâÇåÂB áPåÒâÊâl áÑ
• The sins of those who seek forgiveness are
  forgiven.

37

• çUáäãåáÆ á½ákåËã áÀãåÃág áaãMDáÒác áÑ
• The needs of Your creatures are fulfilled.

38

• çTáoáäáÒâÆ á½ákåËã áÌåãÃãMEáätÂB áqãMDáÒá_ áÑ
• The rewards of the beseechers are available in
  plenty, with You.

39

• çTáoãWBáÒáXâÆ ãkåÖãqáÇåÂB ákãMDáÒá áÑ
• The promises of increase are continuous.

40

• çTáäkáâÆ áÌåãÇãåáXåtâÇåÂB ákãMDáÒáÆ áÑ
• Wholesome food is prepared for the hungry,

41

• çUááoåXâÆ ãAEáÇãäÂB áÄãÎCáËáÆ áÑ
• and drinks are filled for the thirsty.

42

• ØãMEáËá åÄáRåºB áÑ ØãMEáâj åSãáXåsCá
  áäÈâÏäÃÂáB
• O Alláh, so answer my prayer,
• and accept my praise.

43

• ØãMEáãÂåÑáB áÌåáQ áÑ ØãËåáQ åáÇå_B áÑ
• Unite me with my friends,

44

• ãÌåátâdåÂB áÑ ãÌátádåÂB áÑ áUáÇãCá áÑ èäØãÃá
  áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ãä¼ádãQ
• for the sake of Muhammad, and Alí,
• and Fátima, hasan and husayn (a.s.).

• áÕCáËâÆ ÔÏáXåËâÆ áÑ ØãMEáÇåáÊ âäØãÂáÑ áÀáäÊãB
• Surely You are, the Master of my bounties,
• the Object of my desires,

46

• áÕBáÒå\áÆ áÑ ØãRáÃáåËâÆ Øã ØãMEá_án âUáÖCá² áÑ
• the goal of my hopes, in my ultimate end and my
  stable abode.

47

• áÕáÙåÒáÆ áÑ Õãkãäás áÑ ØãÏÂãB áYåÊáB
• (O Alláh) You are my God, my Lord, and my Master.

• CáÊBálB åÌá åÈâÏåÃá³åwB áÑ CáËáMDákåáB CáäËá
  áäâ¾ áÑ CáËãMCáãÂåÑáÛ åoãå²ãB
• Forgive (the sins of ) our guardians, keep away
  our enemies from us, and divert them from
  troubling us.

• CáåÃâåÂB CáÏåÃáå_B áÑ ãä¼ádåÂB ãUáÇãÃá¾
  åoãÏåªáB áÑ
• Let the word of Truth become manifest and make it
  supreme,

50

• ÔÃåâätÂB CáÏåÃáå_B áÑ ãÄãCáRåÂB ãUáÇãÃá¾
  åãcåjáB áÑ
• and let the word of falsehood be refuted
• and make it low,

51

• çoåÖãkẠèOåáw ãäÄâ¾ ÔÃá áÀáäÊãB
• Surely You have power over all things.

• èkáäÇádâÆ ãÁB áäÑ èkáäÇádâÆ ÔÃá ãäÄá áäÈâÏäÃÂáB
• O Alláh bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
