Title: Museum Attack
1Museum Attack
2Gunmen killed at least 19 people, most of them
foreign tourists, in a deadly terrorist attack on
a museum in Tunisia's capital (Tunis) in the
Bardo Museum on Wednesday. Two attackers were
killed by Tunisian security forces who moved in
to end the hostage siege but others apparently
remain at large. Another 20 foreign tourists and
two Tunisians were wounded in the violence. The
dead included citizens of Colombia, France,
Italy, Japan, Poland and Spain, as well as at
least one Tunisian security officer. The tourism
industry is a key part of Tunisia's economy, with
millions of foreigners visiting the country each
year. The attackers struck a popular cultural
attraction that's close to the country's
parliamentary building. No group has claimed
responsibility for the attack so far. The
attack, however was celebrated by ISIS supporters
online, which raises the possibility that the
museum attack could be ISIS' debut in Tunisia.
Tunisia is the sole country to have emerged from
an Arab Spring revolution with its political
process intact and that may be the reason why
terrorist organizations such as ISIS would be
interested in attacking their system.

to make voting a requirement. "Other countries
have mandatory voting," Obama said Wednesday in
Cleveland, where he spoke about the importance of
middle class economics. "It would be
transformative if everybody voted -- that would
counteract money more than anything. The clout
of millionaires and billionaires in campaign
funding has been enormous, and many claim the
uber wealthy have undue leverage in politics. The
people who tend not to vote are young and they're
lower income. At least 26 countries have
compulsory voting, according to the Institute for
Democracy and Electoral Assistance. Failure to
vote is punishable by a fine in countries such as
Australia and Belgium if you fail to pay your
fine in Belgium, you could go to prison. Aside
from campaign finance issues, the U.S. also
grapples with one of the lowest voter turnout
rates among developed countries. Less than 37 of
eligible voters actually voted in the 2014
midterm elections. That means about 144 million
Americans -- more than the population of Russia
-- skipped out. - A 58-year old man from Kansas is recovering from
