  • Medicines can slow down the virus but there is NO
    vaccine that prevents or cures it.

Treatment for STDs
  • STD can cause severe, long-term health problems
    if left untreated.
  • Some are incurable but need medical attention.
  • If exposed, to an STD, visit a public health
    clinic or your doctor.
  • By law, all STD information is confidential.
  • Infected people have a social obligation to
    prevent the spread of STDs.
