programme intended to integrate health social
care for the population of Salford. - AIMS OF SALFORDS INTEGRATED CARE PROGRAMME
- To establish greater collaboration between
primary, community, acute and social care for
older people and other segments of the adult
population. - To ensure that integrated, high quality,
affordable and sustainable health and social care
services are delivered in the most appropriate
way - Short term goal of reducing service duplication
and waste longer term aim of securing greater
population health thereby reducing future
service demand

- Develop a rotational training programme so that
staff from each Partner organisation can
experience working across all finance functions - Extend the programme out to experience the
clinical / operational side of each organisation

organisations, spending a specified period of
time in each organisation - Develop a consistent training development
policy across the Alliance - Spend time in each organisation to experience
partner approaches to FSD develop shared best
practice
