• Stem changing verbs-er and -ir verbs
• Pedir- the third person singular and plural
  changes (e-i)
• Example Ella pidió, ellos pidieron
• Other verbs divertirse, preferir, vestirse,

-gar, -car, -zar ending verbs in the preterite.

• If the verb ends in -gar the yoform chages to
• -gué. For example Yo llegué.
• If the verb ends in-car the yo form changes to
  -qué. For example Yo pactiqué.
• If the verb ends in zar the yo form changes
  to cé. For example Yo almorcé
• All the forms are regular.
