• Purpose Provide no wrong door to New Mexicans
  to Health and Human Services programs.
• Release 1 Am I Eligible is a web application
  that provides a quick (less than 15 min)
  screening for HSD ISD programs, DOH WIC, CYFD
  Child Care.
• Release 2 (Phase 1) Apply for Benefits (AFB)
  provides web application submission for the same
  programs.
• Future Releases
• My Account, which will allow clients to see all
  their account activities for the Joint Agency
  Team programs.
• Provider web which will support community
  partners access to assist New Mexicans entering
  organizations external to state offices.

• Phase 1 Release 1 AIE Complete
• Phase 1 Release 2 AFB Six weeks from contract
  approval. Contract has been signed, work has not
  yet started.
• Future Phases Not scheduled.

Business Intelligence

• Purpose Provide reporting, dashboards, and ad
  hoc reporting for HSD Income Support Division.
• The next several implementation phases will
  combine data from the ISD2 VSAM files, Energy
  Assistance VSAM files, NM Works data, YES NM
  data, Encounter Tracking data and Imaging index
  data.
• When the ISD2R\YES NM system is completed, a
  single source will be available for all the above
  data.

Business Intelligence SchedulePhase I
During Phase I, data will be extracted from the
ISD2 VSAM files, LIHEAP files and NM Works in
order to create twenty-five (25) reports, three
(3) dashboards, and the data structure to provide
ad hoc reporting.

Imaging\EDMS

• Purpose Provide imaging, content management, and
  retrieval of documents for HSD ISD. Consolidate
  HSD imaging for ISD and Child Support Enforcement
  Division (CSED) on one platform.
• ISD receives 3.5 million pages of new data each
  month. Tracking and processing the data through
  the offices becomes an enormously time-consuming
  process.

ScheduleImaging Phase I
A schedule does not exist for this project at
this time. RFP is complete. A contract is in
the process of negotiation. Upon approval of
the contract, full implementation will require
approximately one year.
