  of a Typical Commercial Mission
• Study the Cost and Benefit of Potential OBIGG

  Aircraft Operation

• Modify OBGI System to Resemble the Ivor Thomas
  Concept
• Validate Existing ASM Performance Data and Obtain
  Additional Altitude and Low Pressure Data
• Reconstruct and Validate the OBOAS
• Model the System Performance and CWT Inerting
  Behavior in Altitude Chamber
• Obtain Flight Test Aircraft, Install System and
  Instrument Aircraft
• Do Testing
• Claim Victory
