• (He has some really strong bear arms!!)

• No QUARTERING of troops in peacetime.
• That means you dont have to provide food or
  shelter for soldiers.

• No illegal SEARCH or SEIZURE
• it can be legal if they have
• a WARRANT or
• PROBABLE CAUSE (suspicion)

• No Double JEOPARDY
• Right to a GRAND JURY
• Right to Due Process
• Imminent Domain (PROPERTY COMPENSATION)
• No SELF INCRIMINATION I plead the 5th!!

• Right to SPEEDY, PUBLIC TRIAL with an IMPARTIAL
  JURY
• Right to L AWYER
• Right To Hear confront accuser
• Right to know crime being accused of

• You have the right to have a jury in a civil
  trial
• A judge cannot change a jury verdict

• No EXCESSIVE BAIL and fines
• no CRUEL unusual punishment
