Rejecting Shots

• If something is not right, STOP
• Learn to identify signals listen to yourself!
• It takes discipline to put the gun down!
• Classic example Overholding

  is done right
• Recognizing signals

Timing of Each Phase of Shot

• Each Shooter develops individual pace
• Best Shooters spend most of Shot time in Mental,
  Physical and Focus Phases
• Slow deep breaths are an excellent way to set up
  timing of these early Phases
• Best Shooters have quick Release Phase
• Typically 1-6 seconds
