• Do I need to download any software to use I-CAN!?
• No. But you will need Adobe Reader in order to
  print.
• Are county specific forms provided in I-CAN!?
• Yes, for many counties. Contact us to have your
  countys local forms added.
• Does I-CAN! electronically file the forms with
  the court?
• Small Claims related forms, in Orange County
  courts, can be e-filed through I-CAN! ( 9,321
  E-filings Nov. 2009 to May 2011)
• Other courts can contact us to do E-filing with
  their courts
• Name Change, Guardianship and Unlawful Detainer
  E-filing coming soon!

• How much time will it take to go through the
  modules on I-CAN!?
• Generally between 30min and 2hrs. It varies based
  on the case type and the users literacy
• How long will I have access to my forms on
  I-CAN!?
• Access does not expire. The unique, user log-in
  ensures the users capability to view, revise,
  save and print as needed
