Tantangan Peningkatan laju pertumbuhan industri
TI harus didukung oleh peningkatan kesadaran
masyarakat Indonesia secara luas tentang
pentingnya informasi. Menyadari Industri
Teknologi Informasi yang sangat luas, Masyarakat
Indonesia belum sadar value dari informasi,
Indonesia tidak memiliki leadership TI ? maka
Cetak Biru harus Specific, Measurable,
Achievable, Relevant Timely (SMART). Objective
Lebih banyak Masyarakat Indonesia dapat
memperoleh manfaat TI Time Frame 5 tahun dan
dapat diperbaharui sesuai pekembangan Approach
