Local Districts Role
  • Develop, write and implement CSPD plan including
    needs assessment, data analysis, evaluation and
    documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Long
    Term CSPD Goals Annual Goals based upon
    current status and data analysis.
  • Provide SETRC with updated and revised CSPD plans
    and matrix.

  • Provide overview information on CSPD process
  • Assist with development of CSPD plan
  • Provide in-district staff development based upon
    identified CSPD goals.
  • Coordinate regional trainings based on input
    from district CSPD plans.
  • Provide information on consultants and other
    training opportunities.
