You just have to find it! Assignment 1 Take
this with you wherever you go to record your time
as you go through your day. Do this for one week
and analyze how you spend your time.

the action in the Priority column (either an A,
B, or C). A is important (Must Do), B is
somewhat important (Should Do) and C is not
important (Could Do). If the action is urgent,
then put an next to the priority.

information from the Time Tracker into this Excel
spreadsheet, The Time Log, at the end of each
day. It contains formulas to calculate a pie
chart representing time spent on various
activities. This is the most important part of
the assignment! E-mail this to me prior to our
next session.

Once you discover that you do have the time to
perform activities beyond listing and selling,
the sense of being overwhelmed is reduced
significantly. You can begin to assemble your
weekly calendar. Try to keep activities the same
time each week so that you form a habit. For
example, Career Session every Tuesday at 7pm.
