Necessity to create the normative to provide the
development of eHealth

• Order for belaboring the information about
  patient health, analysis of theses data, their
  utilization in scientific research
• Sensitive diagnosis. Diseases which are related
  to sensitive diagnosis namely, which are the
  cases when the information about sensitive
  diagnosis would be available for doctors
• What kind of information would be allowed to give
  to the third person, for example, for social
  insurance. What is the order of the exchange of
  information.
