During the Christmas time we have a Christmas
tree. The families decorate the tree together and
on the 24th of December Santa Clause come and
bring some presents for the children and the
adults.
3Advent wreath
The Advent wreath shows you the first, second,
third and fourth Advent and that Christmas is
soon

Christmas goose - a traditional Christmas meal.
5St. Nicholas day
this is St. Nicholas - in his Golden Book is
written down all things that people have done. On
the 6th of December is St. Nicholas day.
The children clean there boots and put them in
front of the door. In the night from the 5th to
the 6th St. Nicholas give some sweet in the boots.
6Merry Christmas
7New years Eve
On the 31st of December we celebrate New years
Eve.
8Fireworks display
At 12 pm we make a fireworks display.
9Pouring molten lead
After 12 pm we celebrate a old New Year's Eve
custom of fortune-telling by pouring molten lead
into cold water and reading the shapes created.
10Fondue
Fondue - a traditional New years Eve meal.
11Feuerzangenbowle
A hot red wine punch with a sugar cone soaked in
rum lit above it.

At 12pm we wish each other a happy new year with
a drink of sparkling wine.
13Dinner for one
Dinner for one, also known as The 90th
Birthday. Every New years Eve at 19pm we look
Dinner for one, it is a comedy from the 20th.

Every year on the 6th.January come the star
singers - Casper, Melchior and Baltasar and the
star-carrier.
