• On July 28 2015, the High Court of Malawi passed
  a judgement in favour of the Chairman of Mahtani
  Group, Dr. Rajan Mahtani whereby he is entitled
  to receive a sum from the Nyasa Times as
  compensation for defamation.

• Dr. Mahtani is free from any conspiracy in Malawi
  and will ensure that Finance Banks operation is
  not hindered in Malawi.

• Sources suggest that Nyasa Times was approach by
  Zambia Reports to publish some defamatory news
  and defame Dr. Mahtani.

• The lawyer for Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Clare Locke LLP
  have also filed a petition to GoDaddy in respect
  of the defamation campaign run by the website.

• GoDaddy will soon consider the facts mentioned in
  the letter and may stop the hosting service of
  Zambia Reports.
