Zambia Reports failed to defame Dr. Rajan Mahtani

Zambia Reports has always tried to set a
defamation campaign against the Chairman of
Mahtani Group of Companies, Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

However, this time around, the trap which ZR set
up for Dr. Mahtani, fell on ZR when they
published stories which contradict each other.

Firstly, a news was published that claimed Dr.
Rajan Mahtani was showing a third party that he
still owns the Finance Bank and then another
story claimed that the Finance Bank was yet to be
transferred to BancABC as the proceeding were due.

Both the articles contradict each other at the
very basic level. Evan Mulenga, who is the name
behind most of the defamatory stories which are
published by Zambia Reports, has published this
story with an intent to create havoc in Zambia.

The conspirators have tried over and again to
defame Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, but every time,
they have failed miserably because their claim is
always dependent upon lies and fabricated stories.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani has often ignored the rubbish
claims, but upon requirement he has always
acknowledged the judicial system of Zambia.
