15
Results of the Evaluation
16
Results
RCARO should request NRs to disseminate these
stories to Potential Customers/Ultimate Partners
through these stakeholders
35.29of Total Stakeholders
Only 6 MSs responded
17
Analysis of the Results
  • Results are not reliable as it is from a very
small group of stakeholders (who are already a
    part of RCA)
  • Not many response from end users
  • Response ratio is very low, however the overall
survey shows that the respondents gave a
favorable view on the RCA Success Stories.

18
Delivery Methods of the SSs
  • Direct Distribution through NRs
  • Arrangement of Meetings with Potential
    donors/partners
  • Exhibition Booths
  • Internet
  • Arrangement of Seminars in Universities
  • Takeaway Gift packs at International
    Conferences/seminars/symposia

19
Recommendations
  • The evaluation carried out so far is contents
focused. The Management of publication should be
evaluated alongwith the contents of the
    publication.
  • Rearrangement of past stories is recommended with
some additional information as per the proposed
    plan
