Achievers Awards for Individuals with
Disabilities and Intercollegiate National
Conference for Students with Disabilities. - The First Hispanic Automobile License Plate in
- the United States, was passed into law by
the - Florida legislature on June 4, 2010.

the State of Florida to NHCA to support other
community not-for-profit organizations.
