return of your product. Once we have verified the
return of your product or one of our charity
partners has picked it up, a full refund will be
processed within 1 business day. Your feedback is
important, please briefly explain why you are not
completely satisfied with your goods, we use this
information to improve our products, it will not
impede the return and refund of your product in
anyway. Sydney metro pickups will be arranged
within 5 working days. Returns from areas out of
the Sydney Metro area may take up to 2 weeks.

areas will be responsible for transportation of
the goods to our nominated carrier or depot, once
we receive verification of your mattress arriving
at the depot, we will arrange the full refund of
your mattress purchase price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 100 NIGHT MONEY
BLACK GUARANTEE
Mattresses in Black offers the return of a
product with a full refund for Mattresses and
Pillows once only per purchase. Clearance
products are ineligible for the 100 night money
BLACK guarantee.  For the return of faulty goods
refer to our warranty conditions. As it takes a
little time to get used to a new mattresses, we
do not accept returns before 14 days of use, its
not uncommon to be uncomfortable for the first 2
weeks, but persevere, sleeping on a mattress for
one night is not long enough to make judgement,
you will generally settle into the new mattress
within 14 days. Mattresses must be used with a
mattress protector. Stained, smelly or unsanitary
mattresses or pillows will be ineligible for
refund. Most returned products are donated to
various charitys or on sold to some
organisations, so its important they are
returned in a sanitary state. Returned products
are never resold, refurbished or reused through
Mattresses in Black. All returned goods must be
re packed securely in plastic for transporting
(for hygiene reasons carries will not transport
used mattresses or pillows out of sealed
packaging) we suggest you keep the packaging or
original mattress bag, (fold the bag in quarters
and pop it under your mattress or somewhere
safe) The Mattresses in Black 100 night money
BLACK Guarantee will not be extended to goods
that have been damaged by abuse, mis use,
neglect, negligence, accident, transport,
burning, stains, cuts or water damage. The
