Jackalyn Rainosek is an entrepreneur and a consultant for more than forty years. She developed a Centergy™ model in 1991. This model helped many people transform their lives, their organizations, and the groups and teams that they work with.
Jackalyn Rainosek has a Ph.D. in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and did her doctoral dissertation on Death Anxiety with Medical Personnel. She received four years of training in Death and Dying with the Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. Here, she describes the all stages of grief that affects humans during life cycle.
Jackalyn Rainosek is qualified enough to evaluate the organizational systems and leaders in such a dynamic, and to provide new approaches to human interactions. She says that through behavior change the effectiveness of all organizations can be maximized. Jackalyn has worked with the Houston Municipal Courts’ organization systems to facilitate change.

Jackalyn Rainosek an only child in Odessa, Texas grew up in its hot summers, mild, dry winters, and perpetual high winds. She is familiar with the shortgrass prairie of far western Texas. Jackalyn Rainosek may have been among the first residents to hear the efforts of the newly established Midland-Odessa Symphony and Chorale, founded in 1962.
