Purpose
  • Current system is a legacy system which is
    difficult to maintain.

  • No Internet Connection (Security Not A Concern)

  • Using Microsoft Access to import file into MySQL

Solution Plan
  • Interface is currently up running.
  • Still working out some details with what menu
    items are still useful.
  • Bill processing will be the first part of the
    system to be implemented
  • Needs to be completed by the end of September.
  • Will be run parallel to older system

  • Previous system was up successfully for a little
    less than twenty years.
  • Translation of older systems into comparable
    newer systems.
  • Translation of system into a web interface
