Overview of the WebTCAS SYSTEM
WebTCAS System Server
Any Computer having the Internet Explorer Web
Browser can be used to access WebTCAS.
WebTCAS
Whether you are an individual employee, a
timekeeper, or a supervisor, you will be
interacting with the same WebTCAS system and
database.

Transmit NFC Pay Records
ACRES
ACRES is updated automatically according to the
office code entered in CAMS

Process for Completing A Timesheet
The Employee completes their timesheet on their
local computer (or the timekeeper does it for
them.)
WebTCAS System Server

The timekeeper views the timesheets, and verifies
them for transmission.

The Supervisor Certifies the timesheet online.
(Optional)

Completed pay periods are moved into the ACRES
database.
VERIFIED Timesheets are automatically transmitted
to NFC

While one pay period is being verified by the
timekeeper and transmitted to NFC, a new pay
period has already begun.
