on research from trip. Role play different parts
of the project. Have students take photos with
a digital camera and make a photo
journal. Practice basic conversations. Students
could practice writing by creating trip
journals.

apply for a passport. Students could download
and print the form to fill out. Make your own
version of a passport application. Students
could use Microsoft Word, Print Artist, etc. to
create a class application. Create the
passport. Have students fill in the
information.
4Currency

research the euro and its history. Have students
find images of currency place into a Word

Have students practice converting different
sums of money to Euros. Have students print
the cheat sheet to add to a journal.
5Hotels

hotel for the group. Copy pictures and a map of
their hotel choice. Find out whats nearby the
hotel.
6The Flight

flights schedules and choose a round trip flight
to Paris. Simulate the flight. Decorate the room
to set the atmosphere. Have students role play
different aspects of the flight. Show a
in-flight movie. ex. Finding Nemo switch
the language to French Have an in-flight
dinner. ex. Croissants

explore. Have students research how to get to
the hotel.

Have students use their research about their
hotel to decide on what to see and do in
Paris. Students should include shopping and
going to restaurants as well as some
landmarks.

students can find different landmarks
