Report Example
15
Report Example
Clinical reporting can be used to generate both
simple and complex reports. This allows several
different reports to be joined together and
percentages can be calculated.
16
Report Example
This shows some of the information that SystmOne
can report on.
17
Report Example (Podiatry Contacts)
Once the report has been generated in SystmOne,
it can then be analysed and Microsoft Access
reports can be produced to present the
information.
18
Report Example (Health Visiting)
19
Report Example
Information that is retrieved from SystmOne can
then be presented in Excel for various reports
such as patient contacts.
20
Report Example
SystmOne can also report patient and service
cancellations and patient DNAs
21
FIP
  • System is not being maintained and is not
providing adequate information for service needs.
  • Reports are not being produced in a timely manner
  • Incorrect / in-consistent entry of data can lead
    to incorrect activity figures
  • Data can be difficult to interpret for specific
    information requests.

22
Summary
  • SystmOne reporting allows any user with the
necessary access rights to build and monitor
activity in any unit within their Trust.
  • Clinical reporting can be used to monitor various
different types of activity such as clinical
contact figures, Read Code entries in
    registered patient records, patient demographics
    and so on.
  • All activity that is recorded on SystmOne can be
extracted to see which units are meeting targets,
where the shortfalls are and trends can be
analysed and areas for improvement identified.
  • Information is extracted from SystmOne onto a
spreadsheet and can be easily manipulated using
Microsoft Access to generate reports on targets
such as waiting list times, patient contacts and
    clinical activity.
  • Most reports only take a few seconds to generate
once they have been created and can be saved and
    re-run as necessary.
