• MIT is currently pushing a laptop that could sell
  today for 100. AMD is meeting with them this
  month.
• Intels World ahead program is making a more
  expensive version of an educational laptop, but
  hope to have American support for this
  educational push.

• Intel will train 10 million teachers over the
  next 5 years in developing communities on the
  effective use of technology in the classroom
• 100,000 free PCs will be given to classrooms in
  the communities of developing nations to improve
  learning skills
