• Cells are multinucleate
• Striated voluntary muscle
• Atrophy muscle fibers that is not used begins
  to deplete and is lost.
• Hypertrophy muscle fibers that are used begin to
  grow to accommodate strength needs.
• Use/ disuse theory if you dont use your muscle
  it is lost

Cardiac muscle

• Found only in the heart
• Striated involuntary muscle
• Relies on pacemaker cells (atrioventricular node)
  for regular contraction
