23Arcanum Local Schools taxes as compared to other
schools in the county are
- The lowest
- In the middle
- The highest
24Interesting Property Tax Data
This amount is determined by taking the
appraised value (100,000) x 35 x Total Property
Mills, then less 10 and less 2.5 of the gross
tax. This is assuming that all mills are
effective which is usually not the case.

30Talk to Action for Kids
31Option 1 is a new K-12 School. Should the
Committee and Board pursue this option in greater
detail?
32Option 2 is a new K-5 and a new 6-12 building.
Should the Committee and Board pursue this option
in greater detail?
33The non-OSFC option is Pay As You Go. Should
the Committee and Board pursue this option in
greater detail?
34Maintaining and buttoning-up the current gym
should be part of the project.
35A Locally Funded Initiative to upgrade materials
(i.e. metal roofs, terrazzo floors) should be
part of the project.
36A Locally Funded Initiative for pre-school should
be included for the project.
37I believe that the maximum increase in taxes that
residents of the Arcanum Schools are likely to
support is
- 50 to 80 increase per half year
- 80 to 110 increase per half year
- 110 to 140 increase per half year
- None
38Auditeria Dining Seating
Antwerp PK-12 School
39Auditeria Performance Seating
Williamsburg Middle/High School
40Cafetorium
Mississinawa Valley K-12 School
41Auditorium
Tippecanoe High School
42An auditorium would add 1.7-1.8 mills (28-35
per half year for a 100,000 home) to the bond
issue
- Yes, this option should be pursued and should be
part of the regular bond issue - Yes, this option should be pursued and should be
a separate ballot issue - This option should not be pursued. An
auditeria/cafetorium is sufficient - Im still undecided as to what is best
