  • Can ask for data under any dimension, and it will
    put it in MS Excel
  • Used this to determine to balance the whole
    budget

    program

Two Environments
  • Used a QA environment with real data for testing
    and training
  • Once we cleared testing, did it all over again
    for the production environment
  • Trained staff in the QA environment, before they
    received a login for the production environment
