• Created reports like our existing budget
• Took our existing reports in MS excel
• Created a reporting tree in the Program dimension
• Added some instructions in the excel file that
  linked to the reporting tree
• Loaded the reports into the database
• Users click on the reporting icon

• Can ask for data under any dimension, and it will
  put it in MS Excel
• Used this to determine to balance the whole
  budget
• Use this to determine budget for any account or
  program
• Use this to determine FTEs, just query hours

Two Environments

• Used a QA environment with real data for testing
  and training
• Once we cleared testing, did it all over again
  for the production environment
• Trained staff in the QA environment, before they
  received a login for the production environment

• Set it all up with real data
• Documented setup for easy replication
• Selection of users from across the organization
• Different perspectives

• These people would serve as resources in future
