5To Identify or not to Identify
- Why identify? (not on OUAC forms)
- identification will only be used to help an
applicant - confidentiality is assured
- no impact on course selection, degree is a
degree - not compelled to use services
- Support services Arrangements should be made
before the start of your academic term. Failure
to make these arrangements may jeopardize your
opportunity to receive academic accommodations
