To Identify or not to Identify

• Why identify? (not on OUAC forms)
• identification will only be used to help an
  applicant
• confidentiality is assured
• no impact on course selection, degree is a
  degree
• not compelled to use services

• Support services Arrangements should be made
  before the start of your academic term. Failure
  to make these arrangements may jeopardize your
  opportunity to receive academic accommodations
