1. Organization

• Have a managing director
• The managing director is hired by the committee
  (or the board) of APAN.
• The managing director reports to the
  chairperson of the committee (or board).
• Comment division of work between chair(s) and
  the managing directorExample what are the
  protocols between APAN chair(s) and committee
  chairs, and between the managing director and
  committee chairs?
