authorize you to work with the players, and must
re-authorize you each year - Thus.

- Make sure you get credit for this course
- Create your electronic record in EAYSO
- Print out two copies of your volunteer form,
sign, and deliver to us or mail to CVPA - Use EAYSO to add yourself to the electronic

10Other AYSO Rules
- All players in scrimmages, games, and practices
must be registered with AYSO - No exceptions
- Insurance coverage for all depends on it

13Training Certification Requirements
- All referees coaches are required to be trained
certified - Practices games are not permitted without an
AYSO certified trained team coach - Scheduled games are not permitted w/o an AYSO
certified trained referee - Practice scrimmages do not require a certified
trained referee

- No alcohol, tobacco, or drugs permitted at ANY
AYSO EVENT practice, game or scrimmage.
