    continuing education at appropriate milestone

    authorize you to work with the players, and must
    re-authorize you each year

  • Print out two copies of your volunteer form,
    sign, and deliver to us or mail to CVPA

Other AYSO Rules
  • All players in scrimmages, games, and practices
    must be registered with AYSO
  • No exceptions
  • Insurance coverage for all depends on it

  • Volunteer Protection Act of 1997
  • Volunteer is protected if certified, trained, and
    authorized, and follows the rules and the law.

Training Certification Requirements
  • All referees coaches are required to be trained
    certified
  • Practices games are not permitted without an
    AYSO certified trained team coach
  • Scheduled games are not permitted w/o an AYSO
    certified trained referee
  • Practice scrimmages do not require a certified
    trained referee

    AYSO EVENT practice, game or scrimmage.
