    one fits you most of the time. Go stand by the

  • Let them know their roles and responsibilities
    ahead of time.
  • Use facilitative processes that allow them to
    share their perspective and hear the perspective
    of others.

  • Be clear about the the group rules (roles,
    responsibilities and leadership).
  • Give them a job (co-facilitator, recorder,
    timer, convener).

    share their expertise appropriately.
  • A caution dont let them dominate the dialogue.
