Grace that is Greater

• John 114
• 14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling
  among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of
  the one and Only, who came from the Father, full
  of grace and truth.
• John 115-17
• 15 John testifies concerning him. He cries out,
  saying, "This was he of whom I said, 'He who
  comes after me has surpassed me because he was
  before me.'" 16 From the fullness of his grace we
  have all received one blessing after another. 17
  For the law was given through Moses grace and
  truth came through Jesus Christ.

  ever seen God, but God the one and Only, who is
  at the Father's side, has made him known.
• Acts 433-35
• 33 With great power the apostles continued to
  testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,
  and much grace was upon them all. 34 There were
  no needy persons among them. For from time to
  time those who owned lands or houses sold them,
  brought the money from the sales 35 and put it at
  the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to
  anyone as he had need.

• Acts 141-3
• 141 At Iconium Paul and Barnabas went as usual
  into the Jewish synagogue. There they spoke so
  effectively that a great number of Jews and
  Gentiles believed. 2 But the Jews who refused to
  believe stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned
  their minds against the brothers. 3 So Paul and
  Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking
  boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of
  his grace by enabling them to do miraculous signs
  and wonders.

• Grace releases us from the law.
• Grace releases us from poverty.
• Grace releases creativity.
• The message of grace is confirmed by signs and
  wonders.
