• Do we ponder or think about heaven?
• Do we prepare for eternity or do we exist for the
  here and now?

To those who reside as aliens

• Because Christians are strangers in the world,
  they are considered to be strange in the eyes
  of the world (1 Peter 44). Christians have
  standards and values different from those of the
  world and this gives opportunity both for witness
  and for warfare.

I. Do you understand Salvation 1Peter 13-5

• Into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil
  or fade
• A. Imperishable
• Our treasure is not subject to death or
  destruction it can never perish. Moreover, it is
  not limited by time, but is eternal.
• B. Undefiled
• It can never be spoiled, corrupted, or polluted.
  It remains free from any blemish and is pure
  (compare Rev. 2127).
• C. Unfading
• It is incapable of fading. When a flower is past
  its peak, its beauty fades. This can never be
  said of our inheritance that is kept in heaven
  for us.

• Little faith will take your soul to heaven, but
  great faith will bring heaven to your soul.

• This is not our home
• Understand salvation
• Prepare your mind for action

  you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
