What We Know So Far
Through 2/20/2007
  • DFM will shut down on 14 September!
  • No funding, no modifications, renewals or awards
    from 17 Sept 08 Oct
  • 10 of Primes are exceeding 85 ODC thresholds
    without a contract modification!
  • We actually do expect those people to show up
  • We actually do hold you accountable for what you
    proposed
  • Marines still dont like to Read..nor write.
  • Anyone can be an engineer .and everyone is an
    SME
  • The cut paste function is a quality process
  • Punctuation can be both useful and fun

Counsel of Governance (CfG) Follow-up

CfG Membership
  • CfG will open membership to ad hoc members
  • 3 additional members (ES, ALA, SE) plus one SB
    representative
  • Volunteers to submit names to domain
    representatives NLT 1 March
  • ACSS to create ballot for voting by Vendors
  • Most votes win
  • One year term

Competition and Team Size
  • For FY08, ACSS will eliminate competition
    requirements based on team size (e.g. 15 members
    75 bid rate)
  • Do not add dead weight!
  • Add only what you can use
  • Consider adding SDBs as a possibility for
    meeting your GSA schedule targets
  • Strategic partnership not universal agreements!
  • No teaming within your domain
  • ACSS to utilize the 50 benchmark for all Primes
  • Additional Primes added or marginal performers
    eliminated to keep competition levels up
