• A site for Policy makers, government officials,
  practitioners, and academicians

• A one-stop shop for resources websites,
  documents, articles, best practices etc.

• A base repository for growing number of resources
  knowledge sharing tool

What the portal is not..

• Not a search engine - human verified links,
  resources

• Not to rival existing web initiatives on ICT4D,
  but seek to complement

• Not a business venture, not out to get eyeballs
  and footprints

• Not a be all portal - quality resources,
  possible spin-offs on mini portal

  contributors/partners

• Version 1.1 launch early 2003, followed by
