Surrender

• After 34 hours, Federal troops surrendered.
• 1 casualty Union soldier-ammo exploded
• No one was taken prisoner
• Both sides were nice to each other

The Upper South

• After Ft. Sumter, Lincoln called for volunteers
  to join the Union army
• Once this occurs the Upper South Secedes.
• Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas
