• Old VRBCs no spares
• VRBC in crate 0x53 stopped working on 8-May
• New VRBCs either do not work or are flaky
• Quoting Don Femilab engineers are busy working
  on reducing event readout time

Flaky new VRBCs

• Compromise data taking
• Missing event
• Garbled data
• Take our time
• We devote our time to monitor their work
• Prolong calibration time because of stale data

Missing Events

• When notified by DAQ shifter that one of out
  crates has missing events
• click on init VRBC. No need to pause the
  run.
• Please ask DAQ shifter not to issue SCL init to
  fix missing events.
