ACOA Mandate
  • Established in 1987, the Atlantic Canada
    Opportunities Agency (ACOA) is a Government of
    Canada organization headquartered in Moncton.
  • Under the direction of the Minister responsible
    for ACOA, the Agency works with Atlantic
    Canadians to enhance the growth of earned
