• Influenza is spread by inhaling the virus from
  other people

Symptoms

• You can expect a cold, fever of 102 or above
• Headaches, fatigue, sore throat
• nasal congestion, red eyes

Treatment

• Non-aspirin fever reducers/pain relievers for
  fever muscle aches and headaches
• Increased fluid intake
• Rest
• Antiviral therapy

• Any person age 65 or up
• anyone that smokes or has chronic heart disease
  or lung disease
• smokers or drinkers with liver disease
• people with AIDS, cancer patients on chemotherapy
