• Confidentiality
• There are many committees that students sit on
  which disclose confidential information, all of
  which are full

Proposed Solution

• ASEOU proposes that the student remains on the
  personnel committee as a non-voting member. This
  alleviates the majority of the concerns addressed
  thus far, and still allows for shared
  governance.
