Section Two Prohibitions

• Taking control of a computer
• Modifying settings related to a computer's
  access to the internet
• Collecting personally identifiable information
  through the use of keystroke logging
• Misrepresenting that installing a separate
  software security component or providing log-in
  and password information is necessary for
  security or privacy reasons

• Inducing the computer owner to install software
  by misrepresenting the identity of the entity
  providing software to the owner and
• Inducing the user to provide personally
  identifiable, password, or account information to
  antoher person by misrepresenting the identity fo
  the person seeking the information
• Removing or disabling security, anti-spyware, or
  anti-virus technology.
