MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENTS
  • Executing Agency
  • The executing agency will be the UNDP Country
    Office/ Recovery and Peace Building Unit, through
    a Project Management Unit (PMU).
  • Steering Committee(SC)
  • The fund will be managed by a
    Steering-Committee co-chaired by the MoYS, UNDP
    and the WORLD BANK.

Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • The administrative, monitoring and reporting
    requirements among the Partners, Government and
    UNDP will be articulated in line with the
    respective cost sharing agreements, the various
    Terms of Reference appended to those of PMU and
    the project document.
  • Evaluation and audit
  • The Youth Basket will be audited / reviewed at
    least once during the programme implementation
    and at least once after its termination.
    Additional audit(s) shall also be subject to
    UNDPs regulations and rules.
