Blocked Frames

• 72 Blocked frames where Openreach does not have
  capacity to deliver confirmed orders
• 15 sites have been removed since last forum
• 26 sites have been added

Recovery of Equipment Progress

• PoC trials at Brixton, South Harrow and Newcastle
  (staffs) now authorised
• Started detailed planning, resource mobilisation
  implementation
• Brixton
• Planning - Completed for majority of work
• PSTN Compressions -1000 migrations completed.
  Target to free up 77 Blocks
• Inter frame tie pair verification started -
  Required to meet demand/orders
• CJ cables 70 line side blocks will be freed up
  in early Dec/Jan
• Transmission Planning commenced
• Auxiliary circuits - Target 48 Line side/52 Exch.
  side blocks in early Dec/Jan.
• Cable Recovery external contractors (RT) Joint
  site survey completed and quote received
  recovery.
• Brixton completion now targeted Feb 09 remove
  from Black list
