14Unpack the Belief
- When I say go, reform the belief groups.
- Using the notes, begin to unpack the belief using
bulleted statements.
- Capture the essence of the sticky notes.
- Use the Working Papers for the District Beliefs
and the next slide to help guide the work.
- While generating the statements, avoid being so
specific as to limit the scope of the belief.
- Avoid wordsmithing at this time.
- Put your ideas on the chart paper to form your
product.
- You have 45 minutes.

- Go to your original poster.
- Introduce yourselves.
- Read the sticky notes together.
- Begin to combine the two charts.
- Find similarities.
- Select the strongest and clearest indicators of
the belief.
- Consider any graffiti feedback.
- Wordsmith the bulleted statement(s) and record on
the new chart paper.
