Factory capabilities

• Currently a Skeleton Crew with limited
  production only have 9 employees
• 50 Chryocoolers every 2-3 months
• Facility could potentially produce 200-300 a
  month

  product at a time

  requiring 10-12 more production employees

Quality Checks

• Tight quality inspection, especially on the parts
  they purchase
• Purchase the metal products from outside sources
• Use AQL to determine how many to inspect
• Take statistics from prior data which reveals the
  vendors quality capabilities

Oven Machine

• All products must go through the oven
• Must bake out all the volatiles
• If left in they will freeze and change the
  Chryocooler
• Holds 300-400 at a time
• Stay in the machine for 7 days
• Takes one day to load and one day to unload
• To fix Bottleneck
• Invest in more ovens
• Highly capital intensive
